Dawn presented Treasurer’s report. $406.00 left in budget. $1,760.00 donation for window restoration, non lapsing fund including donations for windows, $1,874.84.
Old Business
Dave Bowers has the final batch of windows, they are due back in about 5 weeks.
We discussed which windows we should complete. It was decided to complete all the main floor windows. We also discussed the window locks. They now have one lock. The windows will now have 2 locks to bring the sashes together.
Library inventory, going smoothly. Kate will talk with Gail Laker-Phelps about taking our pictures.
When Kathy Holmes returns from vacation, we will discuss logo with her. We discussed where to hang the banner for the Commission. It will be placed over the front porch of the Grange Hall.
Bob and Faye will paint the message board at the Grange Hall. THANK YOU!!
New Business
Grange will donate monies from its penny sale & ice cream social to our window restoration project.
We will try to apply for another grant, in the fall, to finish the windows.

Winner will receive cards/envelopes of their winning tree.
We need to have more brochures (“Main Street” & classic brochure) printed. We will have 50 of each done. Kate and Dawn motioned. Accepted
Membership to NHPA $60.00 for the year-Dawn & Ann motioned. Accepted.
Banner/Flag
The font has been changed. A 3 x 5 vinyl banner from Kinko’s is $169.00. We discussed a flag instead. We will talk with Kathy Holmes about this.
